Here's where you're going — tap any quest to preview it
Build your daily business hour habit
Never wonder what to post again
Find clients and book calls
Run calls and close clients
Know your stats, level up faster
Build the routine that keeps you winning
The final boss. This is where it all comes together.
Before you enter — make sure you have these 3 things 👇
Think of this as your character setup. Every great quest needs a solid foundation first.
You know what you're selling and who it's for. Even a rough version counts — done beats perfect.
You can picture the exact person you want to help. Not everyone — someone specific.
Your chosen social media and/or freelance platforms are optimised and ready. First impressions matter. 👀
Not ready yet? No stress — the Kickstart Challenge gets you there first. 🤝
What is this challenge actually about?
Tap each card to flip it 👇
More building hours
Delivering your service, recording videos, building your website — that's separate. This challenge is NOT about adding more of that.
Your daily growth habit
Content, outreach, conversations, follow-ups — the actions that bring people into your world and eventually land clients. These are easiest to skip. This challenge protects them.
Most people spend all their time on building work and wonder why nothing's growing 👀
How's your energy today?
Drag the slider and see what your hour looks like 👇
The only rule: zero is never an option. Something always moves. 💜
What actually happens when you show up every day
Tap the arrows to go through each reason 👇
Every day you show up, you prove to yourself you're someone who does this. You go from "I'm trying to build a business" to "I build every day." That shift changes everything.
The early days feel slow. That's normal. Push through — the compound effect is waiting on the other side.
4 things. You'll learn each one this week.
Content that attracts the right people
Reach out to people who could become clients
Keep conversations moving towards a yes
Log it, spot patterns, improve over time
📌 These tasks are separate from delivering your service, creating content for clients, or other building work. Both matter — but this is the daily habit that keeps new opportunities coming in.
When is YOUR daily hour?
Best time = the one you'll actually show up for. Tap to pick 👇
6–8am
12–1pm
8–10pm
Not seeing your slot? Pick the closest one — you can always adjust.
"When I was working for someone else, I was SO disciplined. Early starts, deadlines met, no excuses. But the second I started building for myself? That discipline disappeared. Because when you work for yourself, there's no boss checking in, no one holding you accountable — and when results don't come immediately, it's way too easy to slow down. That's exactly why you need to build the habit before you feel like it's paying off. Push through the quiet phase. That's where most people quit — and where you get ahead."
— Bianca, Remote Income SchoolDo these today — tick them off as you go ✅
Open your calendar NOW and add a recurring daily event. Same time every day. Treat it like a meeting you cannot skip. That's it — your one task for today. ⏰
The 7 days are just the foundation. After that, this becomes your permanent daily routine — for as long as you're building your business. Not a sprint. A lifestyle. 🤝
If you're still building up a skill (copywriting, social media management, video editing — whatever your offer is), block a separate time slot for that too. Keep it separate from your growth hour so neither one gets sacrificed. Your business hour is for getting clients. Your learning hour is for getting better at what you deliver.
💡 Example: 7pm = business hour (content, outreach, follow-ups) · 8pm = learning hour (course, practice, skill-building)
You don't need to feel ready. You don't need to feel motivated. You just need to start. One hour. One action. One day at a time.
Likes don't pay the bills. This does. 💸
New people discover you and think "wait, who is this?"
Your audience feels safe buying from you before you ever pitch
They see you as THE go-to person in your niche
Goal: by the time someone DMs you, they should already think "I need this. Where do I pay?" 🙌
What a consistent personal brand actually unlocks 🔓
Here's something most people don't realise until they've been showing up for a while — the opportunities that come from content go way beyond just landing clients. Tap each one 👇
"I've gotten SO many opportunities just from my content — collabs, event invites, free trips, partnerships — things I never expected. And a lot of it came when I didn't even have that many views. It's not about going viral. It's about the right people seeing it and resonating with it. Never underestimate what consistent content can open up for you."
— Bianca
Every person goes through 3 stages — tap each one 👇
Your only goal here is to get discovered. You need content that stops the scroll — bold statements, relatable moments, story-driven reels, your lifestyle, your "why." They don't know you yet, so make them feel seen.
Post ideas: POV reels · relatable struggles · your story · bold opinions · "this is so me" moments
Your content mix should move people through all 3 stages — not just stay stuck at one 💡
Every post should have ONE job. Tap to explore 👇
Reach new people
Nurture your audience
Spark conversations
Get the sale
Content that reaches new people who don't know you yet. Think scroll-stopping hooks, bold statements, relatable reels, shareable quotes. Goal: make someone think "omg this is so me" and hit follow.
Ask yourself before posting: "Would a complete stranger find value in this even without knowing me?"
Mix these to keep your feed interesting AND strategic
Hook → Body → CTA. Every. Single. Time.
You have 1 second. Make it count. Bold statement, relatable call-out, or a curiosity trigger that makes them stop and read on.
"Your content isn't the problem. Your mindset is." · "Still writing 'just checking in' in your DMs? Let's fix that." · "The mistake that kept me stuck for 6 months…"
Tell a story, teach something, break down a concept, or share a relatable moment. Keep it skimmable — short paragraphs, line breaks, emojis as highlighters.
Every post needs one. Make it specific and easy to respond to.
"Comment 'ME' if this resonates 👇" · "DM me COMMUNITY and I'll send it over" · "Which one hit hardest — 1, 2, or 3?"
How to find inspiration without copying anyone
The best content ideas are already out there — you just need to know where to look. Here's your research system 👇
Find 3–5 creators who serve a similar audience. Look at their most saved and shared posts. What topics land? What formats work? Use those as inspiration — then add your own angle and voice.
The exact words your audience uses in comments, DMs, and replies? That's your best content material. What questions do they ask? What frustrations do they share? Turn those into posts — in their own language.
Tell it who you help, what you offer, and ask for 10 content ideas per type. You won't use all of them — but you'll always find 2–3 that spark something. Let AI do the brainstorming, you do the creating.
"I help beginner freelancers land their first clients. Give me 10 content ideas for educational posts that address why they feel stuck and haven't taken action yet."
Every time you have a thought, a conversation, a frustration, or a win — write it down. In Notes, a doc, anywhere. Your daily life IS your content. You just need to capture it before it disappears.
❌ Once every few weeks
❌ Overthinks every caption
❌ No real growth
✅ 3x a week, every week
✅ Gets better with every post
✅ Clients find them
You don't need to go viral. You need to connect. 3 intentional posts a week beats 1 perfect post a month, every time.
In VIP we build your complete content strategy — your dream client avatar, a personalised 30-day content plan, and Bianca reviews your actual posts and gives you direct feedback on what to improve.
Learn about VIP →One thing to do today
Create your first piece of content. Pick one of the 6 types above, use the Hook → Body → CTA structure, and post it today. Don't wait for it to be perfect — just post it. One done is worth more than ten planned. 🚀
Not sure what to post? Go back to the inspiration section above, pick a competitor post that performed well, and write your own version of the same topic in your voice.
You don't need a massive audience to get clients. You need the right people to find you and trust you. One post that speaks directly to your dream client's struggle is worth more than a reel that goes viral with the wrong crowd.
Waiting is a strategy. A bad one. 😬
Post content → hope someone sees it → wait for DMs → wonder why nothing's happening → lose confidence → post less
Post content AND go find the right people → start real conversations → keep them going → book the call → close the client
Lead gen isn't a maybe. It's a daily non-negotiable — just like content. 💜
You need both. Tap to see how each one works 👇
People find you through your posts, reels, or profile and reach out to YOU. This is the dream — but it takes time to build. You need consistent content and a clear offer before inbound really kicks in.
Timeline: Slower to start, but compounds over time. After 3–6 months of consistent content, inbound starts flowing. Don't rely on it alone when you're starting out.
Use both. Content builds the long game. Outreach wins you clients today. 🏆
Pick the channels that feel right — tap to explore 👇
💡 You don't need to be everywhere. Pick 1–2 and be consistent there first.
Open → Build & Qualify → Book. That's the whole framework. 🎯
Every conversation has one goal: get the right people on a call with you. Here's how to get there naturally.
Comment on their content genuinely. Reply to their story. Send a DM referencing something specific about them. Make it real, not a template. People can always tell the difference.
"Hey! I saw your post about struggling to get clients — I literally went through the same thing when I started. How long have you been at it?"
Keep the conversation going every day for people who respond. Ask questions, be genuinely curious, and listen for signals — are they actually struggling with the problem you solve? Do they have the motivation to invest in a solution? Is the timing right? This happens naturally through conversation, not through a checklist.
"What's the hardest part right now — is it knowing what to offer, or actually finding the right people to reach out to?"
"Have you tried anything before to get this sorted, or is this something you've been putting off?"
Once you understand their situation, there's a clear fit, and they seem ready — suggest the call confidently and naturally. Don't wait for the perfect moment. If you can help them, say so and invite them to find out more.
"Honestly, this is exactly what I help people with. Would you be open to hopping on a quick 30-minute call so I can learn more about your situation and see if I can help?"
⚠️ No fit? That's okay too. Not every conversation needs to end in a call. A genuine connection with someone who knows what you do is still worth something — they'll remember you when the time is right.
Getting ignored doesn't mean no. Here's why 👇
First touchpoint — they see your message (tap)
Second touchpoint — they notice you again (tap)
Third touchpoint — trust is building (tap)
Fourth touchpoint — they're curious now (tap)
Fifth touchpoint — "okay let's hop on a call" 🎉 (tap)
Most people quit after touchpoint 1 or 2 and assume "they're not interested." That's exactly where you overtake them. Keep showing up. Keep the conversation going.
What to do every single day
Comment on posts, reply to stories, send connection requests. Genuine openers only — no templates.
For everyone who's already responded: reply, ask a question, add value, move it forward. Every active conversation should be progressing towards a booked call. Don't let them go cold.
Track who you spoke to, where the convo is at, and what's next. Then post your daily accountability check-in in the RIS Skool community — it keeps you consistent and the community hypes you up. 🙌
5 new convos a day = 150 a month = your pipeline is never empty 📈
On Quest 5 you'll get a proper tracking system built specifically for this challenge. Stay tuned. 👀
In VIP we go deep on every channel — LinkedIn strategy, email pitching, Upwork proposals, cold outreach scripts, re-engaging ghosted leads, and Bianca coaches you personally on what works best for YOUR specific offer and niche.
Learn about VIP →Start 5 conversations today — with one goal in mind
Pick one platform, find 5 people who match your ideal client, and send each of them a genuine first message. Not a pitch — just a real opener that starts a conversation.
✅ Log all 5 in a doc or notes app
✅ For anyone who replies — keep the conversation going today
✅ Post your check-in in the RIS Skool community 🙌
Every big client relationship started with one message. You don't need a perfect pitch or a huge following. You just need to start the conversation — and keep going until you've got them on a call.
A sales call isn't a pitch. It's a conversation. 💬
"I need to convince them to buy. I have to say everything perfectly. What if they say no?"
"I'm here to understand their situation and figure out if I can genuinely help. If yes — I'll tell them. If no — that's okay too."
Your job isn't to sell. Your job is to diagnose the problem and prescribe the solution.
A simple structure that works every time — tap each phase 👇
Ask these and listen. Really listen. 👂
"Tell me a bit about where you're at right now — what are you working on and what's not working?"
"If we fast forward 3 months and things are going well — what does that look like for you?"
"What do you feel is the biggest thing standing between where you are now and where you want to be?"
"What made you want to explore this now? Has something changed recently?"
💡 Their answers give you everything you need to present your offer in a way that feels completely personalised — because it is. Use their exact words back to them.
Objections aren't rejection. They're questions in disguise. 🙋

Practise the call structure today
You don't need to be on a call today to practise. Do this instead:
✅ Write out how you'd answer each of the 4 discovery questions for YOUR offer
✅ Practise saying your offer out loud — timing yourself helps
✅ Go back to your active conversations from Day 3 and push one towards a call today
✅ Post your check-in in the RIS Skool community 🙌
The call isn't scary once you realise it's just a conversation. You're not there to perform. You're there to understand someone's situation and honestly tell them if you can help. That's it. That's the whole job.
Why you track manually. Every. Single. Day. 👀
Okay so hear me out. You could just… not track. You could wing it and "kind of" know what's going on. A lot of people do that. And a lot of people wonder why nothing's changing. 😅
When you manually log your numbers every day, you can't ignore them. You're forced to look at what you actually did, not what you think you did. That's veeeery different.
If outreach is low, you'll see it. If follow-ups are being skipped, you'll see it. If content went out but nothing moved, you'll see it. The numbers don't lie — and now you know exactly what to tweak.
Most people guess. "I think I'm posting enough." "I feel like I'm doing outreach." Feeling like it and actually doing it are sooo not the same thing. Your tracker makes it real.
You cannot tweak what you don't track. And you can't grow what you don't track. So we track. Daily. 💜

This is where the magic happens — your numbers diagnose the problem for you
Your opening message isn't landing. Go back to Quest 3 — work on how you open conversations. More personalised, less template.
You're getting replies but not moving convos forward. Go back to Quest 3 — practice the Build and Qualify step and getting more confident suggesting the call.
You're getting on calls but not closing. Go back to Quest 4 — work on your discovery questions and how you handle objections.
You're closing clients but the numbers aren't adding up. This is a pricing problem — you might be undercharging. Time to review your offer and rates.
Your numbers don't just tell you what happened. They tell you exactly what to fix. 🎯
Stuck on your numbers? Not sure what counts as outreach? Confused about something in the tracker? Post your question in the RIS community — Bianca and your fellow members are there to help. No question is too small. 💜
Ask in the community →The tracker doesn't do the work for you. But it shows you exactly where the work needs to happen. Open it today. Log something. Make it a habit before the habit becomes optional.
Your daily habit gets you moving. Your weekly system keeps you improving. 📈
✓ Your business hour
✓ Content, outreach, follow-ups
✓ Logging your numbers
✓ Setting your weekly focus
✓ Planning your week ahead
✓ Reviewing + improving
Without the weekly layer, you can be consistent AND stuck. Busy but not moving forward. This fixes that. 🎯
Here's what a strong week looks like
Every week follows this rhythm — no guessing, no winging it. 🎯
Every Friday, decide what gets pushed hardest next week
You still do everything — content, outreach, follow-ups. But one area gets extra attention next week. You pick it on Friday while reviewing your numbers, so you walk into Monday already knowing your direction. Tap to explore 👇
The week is still fresh. Look at your numbers honestly, pick your focus for next week, and close the week with a win.
What did you actually do this week? Where did you hit targets, where did you fall short?
Use the selector above. Which area needs the most energy next week?
Every Friday Bianca posts a weekly wins thread in RIS. Drop your numbers, wins, and struggles.
⏱️ 10–15 minutes. Then close your laptop and enjoy your weekend guilt-free. 🌴
This is where you go from "I hope next week goes well" to "I know exactly what I'm doing on Monday morning."
You picked it on Friday — just reconfirm it. What are you pushing hardest this week?
Confirm your business hour is blocked every day. Note any content ideas. Takes 5 minutes max.
Why Sunday evening — not Monday morning?
❌ Monday morning
"What do I even do today?"
Decision fatigue before you start
Business hour spent planning
Scattered, slow start
✅ Sunday evening
Wake up and just execute
Zero decisions needed
Business hour = pure output
Confident, focused Monday
10 minutes on Sunday = hours of saved energy all week. 🎯
Three things to do right now
⚔️ Pick your focus for next week using the selector above — do this now as part of your Friday Wrap.
⚔️ Open your calendar and add your business hour as a recurring event Mon–Fri with a specific time.
⚔️ Block Friday Wrap + Sunday planning as recurring weekly events. These two rituals make everything else compound.
Consistency without direction is just busy. The weekly rhythm is what turns your daily actions into actual progress. Plan the week. Work the plan. Review. Repeat.
Your strategy is solid. Your mindset will determine everything else. 🧠
Every single person who has built something real — a client base, a business, a life they love — has gone through a phase where nothing felt like it was working. Where they questioned everything. Where quitting felt easier than continuing.
Content strategy, outreach, sales calls — all of that can be taught. You can follow a framework. You can get better with practice.
No one can give you the resilience to push through a slow month, the confidence to send the pitch, or the patience to trust the process. That comes from within — and it gets stronger every time you show up anyway.
They're the most consistent. The most resilient. The ones who kept going when it felt pointless — and came out the other side. That's what we're building here.
Recognise any of these? Tap through them 👇
These are the thoughts that stop people before they even really start. Knowing them by name makes them easier to catch.
You're waiting until you feel confident, until your profile is perfect, until you know exactly what to say. But here's the thing — readiness comes from doing, not from preparing to do. Nobody felt ready before their first client.
The reframe: "I'll get ready by doing it."
"The hardest phase of building a business is the beginning — when you're putting in the work but barely seeing results. I went through it too. There were months where I questioned everything. But looking back, those were the months that built me. If you can push through the quiet phase, you will get to the other side. Most people don't. That's why the ones who do, win."
